Try making a tray of cut fruit with vanilla yogurt and peanut butter to dip them in!! And don't forget some nice flavored crackers such as tomato-rosemary Triscuit, with cut up cheese, Monterey Jack is great!

Pretzels. Dip them in a little peanut butter for some protein. Carrots and celery are also good, with some lite ranch dip.

TROPICAL FRUIT FLUFF DIP
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. flaked coconut
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. apricot preserves
Slices of fresh fruit, such as bananas, apples, pears, etc.
In bowl blend ingredients. Add small amount of milk to make desired consistency if needed. Dip fruit in as dessert or appetizer.

for an at home movie night we do hot wings - baked not fried - with celery sticks and home made ranch and blue cheese dips with low fat mayo and sour cream to make the dips
