It's about physical attraction and arousal, it's about a choice and a life style. It has very little to do with you being a virgin. In the same case, How do you know that you're straight?

Do you consider yourself Straight (or Bi) if you've never had sex?
All of these labels are just that - labels! We call ourselves Straight, Gay, Bi, or whatever just so that we can be understood by other people - which of the following would you prefer to give as an answer:
1) "I am a man who prefers the company of other men, and I am only sexually attracted to men"
2) "I am gay" (or "I am a gay man")

Well they say that when youre gay..you know since youre young..and if youre young then you know youre a virgin..i guess if you feel an attraction to a certain sex youd know what you are..im bi and i knew since i was a little girl and i was a virgin then..i was horribly attracted to my cousin a girl and i also had a crush on my neighbor a boy..

Maybe he just knows that he is attracted to men, and not women. You don't have to have sex to be labled 'straight', so why would you to be gay? That's like asking 'how can a girl say she's straight if shes still a virgin?'...its simple. He is attracted to the same gender. Duh? lol.

Well if you are young, you are still experimenting, but whatever your sexual preference is, make sure you are comfortable with it. Remember in 10, 20, and 30 years you still have to live with your decision.

With this logic then no one would know what type of sexual partner they perferred until they had sex. You can still be attaracted to people without sleeping with them.

they can say they are gay based on what sex they are attracted too, not necessarily having sex will tell u that, it will cofirm it tho

I don't think they can tell until they have experienced it. Otherwise how can you tell if you go to the hot dog or the taco stand?
