It says it is public record but it shouldn't be their. Please help, im in tx and it is realy making it hard to finde a place to live.

You will need to contact all three credit repositories. I have complete instructions with no strings attached, look under repairing credit and credit scores at http://www.dhm1.com
No logging on or anything else, just good info......

You should be easily able to track down a legal judgment against yourself. It's difficult to imagine that one occurred without your knowledge, but it DOES happen now and then.

Ask the credit bureau for verification of the judgment if you think it is incorrect. If they provide verification, perhaps you were wrong about it ?

On your credit report, there should be the name address and phone number of the agency that put it on there. When you have adequate proof that it's not supposed to be there, submit that paper to the credit bureau to have put into your file.

Contact the judgement company and discuss it with them or what ever credit card or person who has it on you
