thats bad to do because they are very salty an can cause you to bloat if you dont drink a whole lot. its also bad for ur health to eat so much sodium. i would drink alot of water, eat veggies and fruit, and exercise. thats the best way.

Your salt intake will skyrocket and your body won't get the protein and nutrients it requires to function properly.

The weight you lose will be muscle weight. You will probably retain more water from the high salt intake.

If you're going on an all soup diet - for pity's sake - make it yourself with fresh ingredients.

Depends ... most soups are really high in sodium. So, you may feel like you're eating less but your body may retain more fluid due to the increase in sodium.

That's possible but you will lose your health in the process.

It is a fact that to lose weight in a healthy way you have to eat right and eat well.

if you eat only instant soups you will likely gain wt, they are loaded with salt which causes water retention.

Absolutely not! It's nothing but crap! Starches and Salts don't exactly make you lose weight. Exercising does.

nope, you'll gain weight considering it has a lot of fat in in plus a lot of sodium which will causes water retention (thus making you weight more).

to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. Doesn't matter what food it is.
