I don't want to tell him I like him if he doesn't like me (that would be mortifying) so how can I get the message across that i like him back, and not make it too obvious??

He doesn't have a GF (i think) but it's more complicated than that. When we first met, he wasn't nice to me at all, but, after a while, he started being nicer to me, today, when we were in the car, he put his arm over my shoulders (like boys do when they fake yawn on a date). I've never had a boy flirt with me, so I don't know if he was flirting or just needed to stretch. ALSO, he and his sister constantly bicker, so she may not be updated on his crush list, and I doubt she'd tell him I liked him, she'd probably just laugh at my crush on her brother!!!

Ask him if he wants to do something together and just give subtle hints with looks and maybe touch his hand a couple of times and see what he does.

Have a games night, have a night where you and some close frinds and this guy meet and have a night where u play twister or something. Make sure he is on you team and create a relax atmosphere. Then you can have alight conversation with him look into hi eyes and look at the way he steers at you. Do you have his number, the day after your games night call him up and find out if he had fun and get some ideas from him, then jokingly you know i htought you disliked me at some point.... make him answer and just talk. But dont talk for too long always end you conversations on a good note.

The only way you can tell him without being embarrassed is probably by telling his sister and then she will tell him for you. But that is the coward thing to do. You may just have to suffer a little embarrassment. It will be worth it, right?

First ask his close friends if hes said anything about you. Take some tips from what they said he said.If they all say he likes you flirt with him a little bit. Not to much though or you seem to desperate. If hes sending sighns he likes you ask him about it. Its a risky game, but do what you think would keep you safe from embarresment or into his arms.

You should tell him honestly how you feel. It doesn't matter if he likes you first, all that matters is that you like him, and you should make the first move. take the risk, or you'll be wondering what could have been. Also, I don't think you should beat around the bush with trying to "discreetly" tell him that you like him. just tell him to his face!!! He might get confused if you try to make subtle hints. boys are dumb.

give him a sweet smile go over pretend your talking to sis but be careful he might know about the crush from his sis after all shes his sister.take it slow make sure he doesnt have a girl and know about your crush then he might just lead u on

Tell his sister that you like him too. The word will get back to him. If he's interested, he can then make a move. If he's not, then so be it.

Tell his sister and she can drop small hints that u like him and if she can't really form a really clear picture in his mind than tell him with lots of confidence :)

Why don't you write a note to him.. As long as he likes you its all good, right?
I ended up writing a note to the guy I liked and he was cool with it! And I asn't so embarrsed!
Oh and hints don't work on guys too well...
