increase your caloric intake by 10% each week until weight gain occurs. the quality of the foods that you consume will determine if the gains are more muscle than fat. track your body fat once weight gain does occur so you can adjust your diet accordingly

I am 23 female 5'4 and 95 pounds, and I am supposed to be 20 pounds heavier. I saw a nutritionalist and she stressed eating enough of the four food groups. I also started taking Ensure meal replacement drinks, but I took that Along with my regular meals. I noticed a difference drinking those but its really a battle, and they are expensive. However your doctor may be able to make up a prescription for you.

According to the BMI scale I checked, your current weight and your desired weight are both in the Normal range, if I were you I wouldn't worry about gaining weight unless a doctor says you should.

A pint or two of Ben and Jerry's will pretty much to the trick. That's what Stallone did to gain 40 lbs for Copland, I think.

You could also get pregnant. That'll do it.

You could try Protein shakes, they seem to work a treat.

Your main problem is that your going to have to eat more than you burn , So add 500kcal+ to your daily intake.
