I hate hardly anything for 1 week and lost 8 and a half pounds.
But i wouldn't recommend it as it's not good to lose so much weight in such a short while plus once you do start eating again after that you will put most or all of it back on again.
If you do want to lose weight I'd recommend a calorie controlled diet.

Actually, you wouldn't lose any weight. When you quit eating, your body freaks out, and is thinking that you are starving. So, then, your body keeps all of its body fat so you don't die from starvation. So, if you do want to lose weight, just exercise.

starving yourself will never get you the results you want and allow you to keep them for long time. all you'll do by starving yourself is send your body into starvation mode where it will slow down your metabolism and make it difficult to lose fat. it will also start making you crave foods and soon you will find yourself binge eating and you will gain back anything you lost PLUS MORE. try eating healthy balanced meals instead -- not all calories are created equal.

you will loose more weight by eating REAL healthy and doing some lite exercising, by not eating your body will go into atarvation mode and hold onto all the fat you have in your system, you will end up losing muscle not fat. Also you will stuff up your metabolism and you will be very very ill.

If I recall from school they tought us that you can only live without food for 10 days so considering two weeks is 14 days, I guess it doesn't really matter how much you loose because you won't be around to talk about it!

if you don't eat for two weeks you will more than likely die.
in the first week the body, thinking it is starving, which it is, will CONSERVE FAT, it will burn muscle tissue before it will burn fat, this causes acidosis, unchecked acidosis will lead to kidney failure and ultimately death. You will lose weight alright, but you won't care cuz you will be gone.

If you call it "going on a 2 week fast" sounds better.
Probably 5-10 lbs.

NO...you can ge annemia and that would not be good at all. Try eating every 3 hours ..small portions..and exercise at least one hour. and you'll lose weight. Remember that if you lose weigth fast; you'll gain it back up really fast; and if you lose it slow you wont gain it back up. Good luck
