This is what defines the categories. The numbers are your basic mass index and it tells you which category you fit in. I calculated your BMI and it is 24.9 exactly.
http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
So you fall into a normal weight category. If you want to loose weight here is a little tip.
The main thing you need to realize is loosing weight is not about being on a diet, its about making it your lifestyle. This should be your main focus. Those quickly loose weight diets don't really work in the long run. Eating small meals about five to six times a day really help. Don't let your body starve or else your body is going to start storing thinking it will starve some more. Eating more often MODERATELY will kick off your metabolism. Also drink 8 glasses of water a day and try to exercise 3 times a week. But remember it is mostly your diet that matters so moderate and make it your lifestyle.
P.S. give yourself one cheating day a week where you can eat some of the things you have not been eating. Good Luck

Firstly, are you comfortable with your body? Do you think you are overweight? By the expert standards, 136 pounds is above the healthy range for a height of 5 foot 2 inches but other factors can come into play, ie: muscle, body frame and puberty.
Your body is still growing and you will probably grow another two inches. That said, if you are concerned about your body and physique, I highly recommend you get physical. Any physical activity is going to make you feel better, increase your energy levels, give you productive sleep and mentally erase all the stresses of everyday life. Find an activity that you like, something you enjoy and will continue to do as opposed to doing something begrudgingly. Try and find yourself an exercise buddy, this also makes the activity easier when you have a companion to sweat it out with you.
Hand in hand with exercise is your food. Start a food journal, see what you are eating, when you are eating, begin to investigate calories, fat content, nutritional content, etc and find foods that are both delicious and healthy. There are plenty out there. Given your age, ask your parents/older siblings/relatives/older friends to help you and guide you.
You will be fine, just believe and remain positive!

No you are not, love yourself now.
I was the same when I was 14. Except I was 145lb. Starved myself over winter break down to 135lb. Gained it all back plus some. At the end of high school I was 155, end of freshman year in college 165, after first child 170, after 2nd child 190. I just got weight the other day, I am 230lbs, I would kill to be your weight, seriously. Don't stress, watch what you eat, but not too much and exercise daily, at least 30mins.
I wish I knew then what I know now. You'll be ok

You're only 14. 136 is not a bad weight for your height. Continue to eat healthy and get plenty of exercise. Your body will do the rest.

You dont really sound overweight but if u are concerned try small changes like not eating before bed or have smaller portioned meals at night. If u are really concerend go to the gym or if you cant try doing sit ups everyday or jogging. I lost 12lbs doing that and i feel great now.

well i would look at your mom and normally you can tell what you are going to look like when you get older. if you feel your fat and not just growing up.. then I would start by eating cleaner and also joggin on a treadmill. I would do about 40 to 45 min three times a week, eat more fruits and veggies,and dont skip meals. good luck.

According to the BMI chart, a person that is 5'2" should be between 104 and 135. You need to lose one pound and you'll be fine. Shouldn't be that hard.

People have different builds. If you can run up 5 flights of stairs without resting or getting too winded, then you're probably just fine.
