I would monitor this for seven days, keeping a food journal as to what and when you eat, to see if a pattern becomes obvious. Your metabolism may be off or perhaps your body is going through an adjustment. This may happen if you are under stress, increased your exercise, changed climate, etc.

For your own peace of mind, consult a doctor and/or a nutrition expert.

I...was...just...like...you. I would eat, even gorge on food and shortly afterward, I would feel starved. I knew that this couldn't be right. Finally I realized that most of my problems for itchy skin, insatiable appetite, migraines, itchy skin and insulin spikes ( shakiness and nausea ) were caused by hypoglycemia or some degree of insulin resistance. I researched the Atkins diet, seriously, for a good 3 years. Then , finally , I became a low carber. My insatiable appetite subsided, my appetite was under my control, finally. My migraines vanished as did my itchy skin and insulin spikes. My diet is much healther and I even have fewer gray hairs. FEWER GRAY HAIRS!!! Get those excee carbohydrates out of your diet and you will experience similar results.

You might want to check with a doctor. Try to eat every 3 hours ..that would actually help you lose weigth too and keep you healthy. Try doing something else like sports, so you'll forget about the food. Good luck!!

What are you eating? Are they primarily empty calories (e.g. foods high in refined sugar)? If you're not getting the nutrients your body needs, it will continue to have cravings even though you're getting the requisite amount of calories.

Also, if you are eating a lot of sugar or foods with a high GI level such as potatoes, and not enough protein, then they will make your blood sugar level spike and then crash, resulting in hunger.

Well I would go and seek some professional advice. You're metabolism might be high. Have them do some basic test, and see what's going on....

You should be concerned.. Go get checked out.... Good Luck.
