You can't drink or eat anything to gain muscle. You can only work your muscles to gain muscle, given enough protein in your diet. If you have more protein than needed you won't gain more muscle.

It's a complicated answer.
Let's assume you're lifting hard. And let's assume you're allowing adequate rest periods -- in effect, not overtraining.
Let's also assume you eat a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, meats, and some grains, dairy, etc.
Then: WATER
Muscle is after all, 70% water. Get dehydrated and get smaller, it's as easy as that. Talk to any bodybuilder or wrestler and learn the secrets of deliberate dehydration before competitions to look tighter and weigh less.
But you want more size, not less.
Now, let's assume you do NOT eat well.
Then, greens drinks and protein drinks. Both are powders, taken separately (for flavor), one or two times a day in addition to your regular diet. Muscle grows in response to WORK, not food, but if you're deficient in your diet -- particularly protein -- the body will actuallly use protein reserves - sometimes your own muscle - to make muscle. So it makes no sense to neglect protein while gaining, but you also do

need 200 grams of protein a day to gain mass! I know, I know, it's argued in nutrition stores everyhwere, but ask this:
Are you paying ME to read this?
Are you a pro bodybuilder on steroids?
If it's no and no, then you just need to eat enough, not overeat, and if it's more convenient in your schedule to drink it, then again:
Greens drinks and whey or egg (or both) protein drinks.
They don't all taste great, but when you want results, who really cares? Try it out, and look for gains in size. If you're gaining some fat, adjust accordingly, but don't believe the lies -- you do not need to gain 50 lbs. of fat to gain 10 lbs of muscle. Do it slowly and steadily and you will love what you get.
Hope this helps... :)

i don't think of you're only going to make your hands and chest greater suitable using eating or ingesting some thing until eventually you only choose to get fat. you will could desire to power/weight practice so as to make those muscle mass greater suitable. i could propose push-ups, bench press, dips, and pull-united statesto initiate up. practice for 30-40 5 minutes three times a week. once you workout ordinary, drink a protein shake. Preferrably whey protein. you are able to desire to establish consequences. you will see consequences.

Protein shakes will add calories and with weight training you can gain mass. Any nutrition store should be able to point you in the right direction.

don't worry about drinks, hard work makes muscles.
Get plenty of proteins: whey protein drinks have plenty. However, over indulging in these things can shaft your kidneys.
Get a cow and a blender.
Stay off the stodge, bread, pasta, etc. Raw hunks of meat, wash it down with blood.

Get whey protein powder and put them into protein shakes.
Then you need to work out with weights in order to turn it into muscle, otherwise it will just turn into fat.
