I sort of believe in God but then I doubt almost everything about him... Raised a Christian i don't share this with my family but i don't think christ was the son of god.... or that he was a prohet. i think something created the universe but not a human. i also kind of believe in recarnation aswell. So could any one tell me or give me some sort of label of what i am.... I am just curious because i haven't found any religon that supports all the diffrent believes i have........PLEASE EXCUSE MY SPELLING........thanks for the answers in advance. :)

An AGNOSTIC believes there's a god, but isn't attached to particular religious beliefs or a church.

If you are a believer and a thinker as well, then I don't think that any religion will support all of your beliefs 100%. For instance, I am a Christian but I do not believe in a 6000 year old earth, as some do. Luckily our salvation is not based on us agreeing 100% and knowing everything absolutely. As a Christian it is based on our relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Hope you continue to strive for the best relationship with God that you can have. Maybe you will end up back where I am, or maybe not, but just continue to strive and be true to yourself.

The term agnostic comes to mind. Agnostic neither believes nor disbelieves in the existence of God. I believe there is a God yet I belong to no religious order or acknowledged faith.

I have a joke for you, which I've shared a few times on this forum so please excuse me if you've heard it before.

Wha'd'ya get when you cross an agnostic with a dyslexic and an insomniac?
Someone who lies awake all night wonder if there really is a dog.

P.S. Nothing wrong with your spelling, other than it's "reincarnation" and "prophet" but I took those as typos. Ain't no biggie. You got your message across very clearly.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of thing not seen Hebrews 11:1God gives to everyman a measure of faith and since you were raised a christian, you should have study your word and it will eliminate all the confusion that you are going thru, and the reason you have not found any religion that supports your beliefs is because they dont exsist,so you cant label your self anything at this point,my advice to you is to ask God to help you with your unbelief and to sincerely give you a personal relationship with him and then he will allow you to know he is real , believe me you dont want a religion you want a relationship there is a differance= I hope this helps you to find yourself and god again to I will pray for you Lisa

A lot of what you wrote sounds like me when I was moving from Catholic thru Agnostic into Paganism. I am now leaning towards Wicca on my particular spiritual journey. The most important part though is that you are a good and caring person. The rest is just labels.

If you believe in a higher power, but don't necessarily believe he/it interacts or cares necessarily about humans or that this god is not even a he/it, but some other force, you are probably a deist.

If you think the idea of god doesn't make sense or that there is no evidence for the existence of one you are probably atheist.

If you believe god is the creator of the universe and you pray to him every night before you go to bed you are probably delusional.

Why stick a label on yourself? There is no need to do it. You might find Buddhism to your liking but really, why not just be you?

Agnostics do not believe in gods. They are atheists. An agnostic does not believe in a god but qualifies that by saying you cannot know whether gods exist or not. Agnostics are a particular subset of atheists but they are still atheists.

Like you, I also have a wide range of beliefes that aren't supported by any religion. Labeling yourself as a certain religion just means your supposed to believe in whatever that group believes.

Not my style, so I just don't worry about it, and I stop concerning myself over trying to figure out religious beliefes that can never be proved correct.
