How long have you been having mood swings? (Bipolar is not associated with daily mood swings, but long periods of feeling great followed by extreme depression).
That doesn't mean you don't have a mood disorder though.
The first thing to do is see your doctor for tests to rule out thyroid problems (causes mood problems that you describe), and a depression screening.
If that doesn't help, see a psychiatrist and/or a counselor. They can help you with your problem also.
I would say you are a 'normal' teenager who is having trouble controlling her moods. There is help available.

You may have Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder or ADHD. I've been diagnosed with it my whole life (I lean more toward the deficit side than the hyperactivity side) and also had mood swings very often during my adolescence. One minute I would be miserable and the next I would be happy. I'm 25 and still struggle with that sometimes, but I've gotten a lot better. After doing much research over the past year or so I discovered that the mood swings are a common trait among people with ADHD. Do you also struggle to pay attention in school or listen to people closely? Did you daydream often as a kid? Do you sometimes act sort of wacky or out of the ordinary so much that it throws people off, or did you when you were younger? If you do/did then you might have it. It's not all bad. In many ways it's good because it allows you to see and think about life differently than most people do.

I wouldn't worry about being bipolar. Bipolar is more than just good mood/bad mood. It consists of manic episodes for at least two weeks, followed by severe depression for at least two weeks.
Based on the fact that you're 15, I would say this is a hormone-related thing. You're body has just recently(within the past few years) been introduced to a flood of new hormones which cause physical changes as well as emotional changes. It will take a while for your body to adjust to all these new chemicals in your body. If it continues to impact your life to a severe degree, consult a medical professional.

You could have low blood sugar.
You might have a mood disorder, not neccesarily bi-polar.
If your only swingin' for 2 hours a day, I DOUBT it's b.p
How are you feeling after 7?
Next time this happens think if you have eaten, and what it was you ate.
If really worried ask the parents to take you to the doctor.
Good luck

What's your diet like? Are you getting enough sleep? Hormones? Stress? A lot of things can cause mood swings so think over it and try to find the cause. You may or may not have a disorder just a common scenario.

I don't know, I'm quite moody but I don't notice when. Every single day might be a stretch. Some days I hang out with my friends and I'm just happy the whole day. Other days I'm completely bummed out until I sleep at night. Go to a doctor, we're not experts.

Actually, if it's that predictable, it sounds like something's causing it.
Keep a journa/diary. What consistantly happens at that time to bring you down?
Are you happy at school then don't like being home without them?
