I don't have them...they didn't exist at the time I had braces but a dear friend of mine does. Here is the list of pros and cons as she gave them to me.

Pros:
1. not noticeable so cosmetically appealing
2. easy to figure how long you will where them if you follow the rules (each aligner is numbered and you where each for 2 weeks...if you wear them as directed)

Cons:
1. expense...cost almost double what regular braces cost
2. you remove them when you eat or drink (she lost a set this way...left them behind)
3. brushing must be increased
4. sugar must be avoided
5. took a long time to get the braces
6. the impressions took a long time
7. it is not uncommon to have a lisp the first few days after starting these braces
8. not for those with severe problems
