I also go to professional school and cannot allow it to be seen, bleed through my clothing or allow the ointments to rub off on my clothes either

most tanning salons, and some discount stores sell a gizmo that helps you rub tanning oil or sun screen on your back. Its like a back scrubber, but has a soft pad on the end. You can use it to apply lotion to your tattoo. Keep it moisturized with lubriderm unscented lotion. If it bleeds more then 1 day you need to go back to the tatt shop. Other wise, leave it uncovered , but wear an undershirt to prevent it from being seen through your clothes.

You can't bandage it. You need to wear a white shirt of some kind underneath whatever uniform or clothing you wear to class. Just apply a thin layer of unscented lotion or a&d ointment several times a day and rub it in well! If it bleeds, especially enough to soak thru clothes, there's something wrong.

i've been able to take care of my tattoos on my own. i bought a hand held mirror (that is smooth on the back side) and i put the lotion or ointment on the back of it and can spread it on my back and you can then use the mirror to look at it in the bathroom mirror.
as for ointment rubbing off on your clothes you will want to wear an undershirt as a buffer because whatever you put on your back will rub off. make sure it is an old t-shirt or tank top or something. good luck!

Apply a thin layer of lotion twice a day. Not a lot, just enough. You can apply it with one of those "sunscreen rollers" if you can't reach all of it.

I would wear an undershirt, since it may bleed slightly for the first day or 2.

Hello,
I was in the same situation, I used a hemp soap and put large bandages on it so that it would not bleed through yet it could breath and heal.
Whatever you do do not use any products for healing on it, this will remove the ink.. (neosporene is the worst thing you can use)
