You are one mixed up young lady. You believe in One God, but not Jesus Christ or the Bible?
These are your words, not mine. And you're asking a bunch of idiots for advice? No wonder you don't know what you are. Do you expect to learn anything here? I'm here to tell the truth:
1) There is One God
2) Past lives don't exist
3) Astrology is based on worship of part of creation, rather than the Creator; whom you say you believe in.
4) Connecting with the dead is a dead idea.
5) Mediums will always take your money.
Unless you like to throw money away, I would suggest you reconsider who you are and renew your relationship with Jesus Christ.
I like going outside on a clear starry niight and looking up at the heavens and talking to God like a friend. He is there and waiting.

I think it's next to impossible to put specific labels on people's beliefs/religion. I guess I would say you're spiritual but not religious, if you don't associate yourself with any particular religion. I don't think believing in past lives, mediums, or connecting with the dead pins you with any certain religious system, since people associated with many different religions share some or all of those beliefs, too.
I wouldn't sweat finding a label for your beliefs too much--just let yourself be flexible, don't feel like you have conform to one system. I know my beliefs don't really match any certain system, really.

Maybe Wiccan, accept for the 'One God' Thing. Some wiccans believe in a Goddess, some in a more male diety, being God. But it branches out from that into smaller gods and goddesses. Good luck!

you sound like Spiritualist to me ...
although we do believe that Jesus existed , but in a different way from what the bible says
and reincarnation is not a widespread Spiritualist belief , although many do share this view
