Like all religions, denominations, sect or cults, they are wolves dressed in sheep's clothing. Satan can indeed appear to be something very peaceful and beautiful, but underneath lies nothing but wickedness and evil. If it in your heart that you want peace for yourself and those around you, indeed, even for the whole world; Don't you think that God knows your heart? It is of no consequence to you what others think of you. It's what God thinks of you is all that matters. God bless.

The Book of Revelation is singular. Forgive me, I am a stickler. Peace comes when Christ returns. Until that time, men will cry peace, peace throughout the world. Christians are told by God to pray continually for the peace of Jerusalem. All Christians should want peace so why you are called a demon or Satan himself does not make good sense. Surely there was more to the question.

No, wishing someone peace is good. The problem with the peace thing is when people try to push peace over everything else when there is something that peace is impossible with then the peace is usually broken by the person whose will is being snubbed. For the sake of peace one cannot buckle under for lies and deceit, you have to speak out even if it means breaking the peace. Peace is fine as long as you agree with the person who says lets have peace. One of the beatitudes on the Mount was "Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called children of God."

I really liked James W.'s answer to this, from a Christian perspective.
My perspective is not Christian, but here it is.
I don't subsribe to the idea of Satan's existence. I don't think that any rational group could ever accuse a "wisher of peace", if you will, of being in league with Satan as the Bible describes him.
If the Bible says Satan will come with promises of peace, then so be it. That doesn't make you a follower of that entity because you truly wish for the same harmony that the Bible predicts he'll be spewing falsely. My advice would be to smile at these people, allow them to believe what they will, and if there's no rationalizing with them, go on practicing and believing as you see fit. They don't have the right to judge you, as Christians believe the only true judge is their God. Good luck :)

I don't know the accusations, but to be in league with Satan you would have to be an adversary of Christ. Specifically meaning you were teaching a gospel contrary to that of the Christ.
Such as wealth grants salvation or something. I seriously doubt you speak of such things.

Hmm? I haven't heard that. What part of Revelation are you referring to? The part when Satan pretends to bring peace and then destruction?
To bless is meant to fill with benefits, either as an end in itself or to make the object blessed a source of further blessing or others.
Wishing peace is giving a sense of harmony, well-being, and prosperity. Those who work for peace share in Christ's ministry of bringing peace and reconciliation.
We are not qualified to judge others motives, only God.

Who said that?
Peace is a good thing. Satan is the adversary - the destroyer - the tempter of man.
It is not right to call people satanic for wishing for peace. God himself will bring peace at the end of this age, would he be called satanic too?

I have seen some of those accusations about you, Pangel, and every one came from a troll
Christians don't say such things; at least none that I keep company with.
And since Christians are supposed to pray for peace, I think it takes a troll to call you in league with Satan
In my own humble iopinion, you, Pangel, are one of the nicest, most genuine people in this forum- of ANY faith

Some Christians like to think that anyone who isn't "with them" must be in league with Satan. That way they don't have to actually think or learn about others' beliefs, they can just dismiss it. Revelation is totally misread and taken out of context. There's an incident in one of the Gospels where the disciples come to Jesus and say "these other people are casting out demons, blah blah blah" Jesus says basically let them be it's all for good. So, peace is peace.
