It seems simple, but I seriously doubt your plan will work. If you eat only 600 calories a day (depending on how much you weigh) you body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down immensely, so your 600 calories will seem like 2000 or more! Also there is no way to determine exactly how much you will lose because everyone's body is different. I would suggest seeing a nutritionist (it's not very expensive) and find out what eating/exercise plan would work best for your body type. Doing 500 crunches a night might be too much for you, also if you do not vary your exercise you will stop losing weight.
I would suggest trying to stick to a diet of 1,200 calories a day for two weeks, making sure to walk 5 miles a day at least 4 days a week, and doing your 500 crunches (though I would suggest per week, not per day!) Also, eating 1,200 calories worth of fat and sugar will do you no good! Make sure you diet consists of some fresh fruit and plenty of veggies along with some grain and a glass of milk each day if you can!
You can help track your intake of food and how much you are exercising for free at mypyramid.gov (it was really helpful for me to see charts on how much of a certain food group I was eating and what food group I needed to eat more/less from.

The average person burns about 1800 calories in a day, about give your self and extra 400 if you are 50 lbs over weight. You should burn 400 calories doing 600 crunches (also try walking, toe raises, dumbell curls etc.). That a total of about 2600 calories out minus 600 equals 2000 calories in 30 days you will burn 60000 calories divided by 3600 calories per pound.....you would loose 17 to 20 pounds in a month. If you add 1 hour of walking at a moderate pace (3 mph) you would loose and additional you could cut an additional 3 to pounds. Good Luck!

How much do you weigh now? If you're planning to eat 600 calories a day and your only workout is 500 crunches a night, this is not a good way to lose weight fast. But if you want a number, I'd say 7 lbs. Check with a physcian first before taking any healthe advice. ; }

at 600 cals 90% of the weight lost will be water, a little muscle and no measureable amount of body fat. starving the body is the exact opposite of what is needed for stored fat to be metabolized for energy
