Definitely.

Usually you have to be a full time student to get the whole amount. If you are a full time student, you take the loan, and then you drop a class, then you have to pay back part of the loan immediately. Usually you have to be a "Student in good standing" so if you got on academic or disciplinary probation then you could lose your grant.

Keep your scholarship by doing a good job in your classes and getting decent grades. Talk to your financial counselor before you drop a class.

Yes, if you don't live up to your end of the bargain or if you use them for something other than an education. You have to maintain a good grade level and be in good standing with the school.
