2. An excess of ANYTHING can damage your body
3. Healthier... sugar... in moderation of course

1. Salt -- would die w/o it. In Bible dsay, people were paidin salt, not money!
2. probably... too much of anything is detrimental
3. salt -- see #1
4. spicy is justone option, they are not godo or bad. If you have a bleeding ulcer, habaneros may not be the thing to snack on, but spicy foods do add flavor and interest to food.
