Warrants are not issued by cities they are issued by a Judge in a County. Robertsdale, Alabama is in Baldwin County (The Twenty-eighth Judicial Circuit of the State of Alabama comprises the geographic limits of Baldwin County, Alabama). Baldwin County does not have an on-line court case look up system, and the one through the court system is a pay-type one ( http://www.alacourt.com/ ).
Best bet is to contact the Sheriff's Department, info here: http://www.co.baldwin.al.us/Pageview.asp?edit_id=27
Hope this helps.
