I could be worms or it could be something else that is making her ill. Take a stool sample to the vet and have it checked for worms. Also have them do some blood tests to see if her thyroid, kidneys and other organs are performing correctly.

Some worms will show up as spaghetti looking things in the vomit, some will show up as dried rice on the rectum or on top of the stools. Some will look like little wiggly things on the stools or around the rectum.

Your best bet is to take her to see her doctor.

Heavy parasite loads may be characterized by a pot belly appearance or visually observing parasites around the anus, in the stool, or in vomit. Severe cases may be accompanied by anemia or even death. However, many pets who have intestinal parasites are asymtomatic, meaning they show no symptoms at all. The best way to find out if your cat has parasites living inside her digestive tract is to take a fresh stool sample to your vet for a fecal analysis (if it'll be a couple hours before you can get the poop to your vet, refridgerate it). Fecals generally only cost $10-20 and an annual fecal exam is well worth the cost, especially if your home frequently has new cats who may not be dewormed, if your cat goes outside, or if your cat has had flea recently (fleas can transmit tapeworms).

Sounds like it could be babies, not worms. Depends on the age and sex of the cat.

If kitty is bloated in general, go to the pet store and buy worming pills for cats. Follow the directions for the weight of your cat. Repeat in a few weeks.

Keep an eye out for things "moving" inside, and for the area immediately around her nipples to lose most of its hair. If it looks that way, make sure to get out the box and put the towels in it, because your cat is most likely going to be a mother.

Make sure to spay the cat as soon as possible after the birth. Spay the kittens as soon as possible, generally around 4 months.

Keep your cat inside at all times. There are too many dangers and diseases outside being spread from one feral cat to another.

that is one sign and a large belly area
I would suggest taking in a small piece of her stool to have a stool sample done at the vets. They don't need to see teh cat and charge teh office visit charge the ony thing is you may want to take her along so they can get n adequate weight for teh worming meds.
Good Luck
