get a lawyer
Tell no one of your stuff
you going to sell food ??
the lawyer will make your appointments with the health dept and the city county state business offices.
You just might want to enter some cooking contests and sell your recipe.

Get spell check.
Check with the local food inspection authority, you can't just go bottling something in your bathtub.
Don't bother to patent, just get legal first and then worry about marketing. It is terribly competitive out there and almost impossible to get something on a grocery store shelf.

Try selling it at a local flea market or county fair. Make sure you have your Vendors License! Good luck on your quest! I hope you make it real big!
