After a day of not eating processed foods, sodas, ectera, my body feels weak, I can't get satisfied from eating non-junk food, im irritable, moody and depressed. I'm addicted, help me. I had no idea until recently how **** up the food industry is with putting unnatural chemicals, addictives, and sweetners to make us ill and fat. USDA and FDA is a ****** joke!

I agree 100%. I think the only thing to do is quit cold turkey.

If you have a nice physique dont worry about it, eat raisins and walnuts, and meats and cheese, with diet sprites and water. That is always good too. We all like candy, if you need it, dont eat it at night. Another tip works well at night is drinking a full glass of water, then brushing and flossing. Some candies have protien in them, like gummy bears, those are good too. BTW I am moving to Savannah, maybe or Roswell soon...so be on the look out.

I hear ya. It takes time to get clean Try to cut down slowly-- sugar's effect on the body is like an opiate.
Try a book called "The Sugar Addict's Total Recovery Program" and take it slowly. Don't try cold turkey, just cut down a little at a time.

all it takes is 3 days to get rid of food addictions -just be strong and dont give in because it will seem like its never gona end in those 3 days.

I agree that you have to quit cold turkey. Once you get through the withdrawl - it gets easier. Amazing, isn't it? It's in everything!
