Since it's a response to gravity it's called gravitropism.
Since it's TOWARD the gravity, it's "positive gravitropism".

Sometimes you see this response called "positive geotropism."

response to stimuli. growing toward the water/nutrient source and also making sure it stays put by anchoring it... I dont know the scientific term.
