That's sweet, maybe you need a HEPA filter, some sunblock and antibacterial wipes for you steering wheel too. While your at it get an ozone generator for you utility belt. Any you'll finally be safe.

You may have to pull off a cover under the passenger side dash to get to it. Behind the glove box in proximity.

Most don't need to be changed that often. Like every time you change the engine air filter is a good interval. If you drive in dusty conditions, both will need to be replaced more often.

just below the windshield wipers on the pass side. it should have some removeable screws and a panel there
