if we could find another place for them. South Dakota would be a good choice. Who lives there anyway? Then there would be peace and tranquility when all the Sunni's and Shiites are gone, leaving us the oil and room to build our military bases. Just a modest proposal.

How in the earth can anyone take this question at face value? Jonathan Swift made a point with his essay, but he wasn't advocating that Irish babies should be eaten by the English landlords. The point I was trying to make is that we sometimes forget that we need to let the Iraqi's decide when it is time for us to withdraw. It is their country. If they want us to leave now, then we should go, if they could ever come to a consensus.

That is an excellent idea , and maybe we could even build a newer and bigger Titanic to get them to South Dakota , I think we can just bypass the lack of wheels problem also : )

Don't ruin South Dakota, it is a pretty good place. Any way the Sunni and Shiite's would ruin any place on earth they were put together. Of course we could just arm all the Lakota in South and North Dakota to the teeth and encourage them to go hunt them like Buffalo in the past....But after they scalped them all, they would probably come after us again!

So you are saying we ship all Iraqis to South Dakota? What makes you think they will stay in South Dakota? And what makes you think they will stop fighting eachother once there? And what makes you think it won't be easier for them to plan attacks on America once they are in America? Then we'll definitely be fighting them at home. Wow, that's gotta be number one on my list of stupidest ideas.

It would defeat the purpose of the war (which is to put a stable country with democracy in the middle east) , and cause our economy to be strained by hundreds of thousands of new immigrants.

You should withdraw from trying to be clever. It clearly doesn't suit you.
