Check out the official church website at LDS.org. You may find something there that can help you. But I've never needed to go above my Bishop or Stake President before.
Some YSA's can be a little odd at times. You care to share exactly what's happened? You can e-mail me from my profile if you like. So sorry to hear you are having problems.

Contact church headquarters in Salt Lake. Write a letter, and it will be read by someone. If it's important, it will get passed up the ladder.
What if I were to say "How do I contact the Pope?" or Bill Gates, or George Bush.
The LDS church is a worldwide church of 12 Million plus members. The leaders have better things to do than to listen to your gripes.

I don't think apostles answer their own mail, in general. You could try writing to a 70 if you really think a bishop or stake president can't answer the question. But try them out first, ok, because Seventies are busy, too. Someone mentioned the Church office building. You can find their address in the phone book. It's like 50 S. Main Street or something like that. I've been a single adult for a long time, is it something you could share?

1. Mormon Culture is an Oxymoron, like Las Vegas Culture. It's made up, fabricated, rotted wood with a fresh coat of toxic lead paint.
2. The leaders already know about #1 above. If they found out you know, the Danites may show up , and they won't go away until they "fix" the problem.
3. There are more 'problems' in the church than "It came to pass", and all more severe that you stated.

Contact the church office building at
50 E. North Temple
Salt Lake City, Utah 84150
Address it to
President Gordon B. Hinckely
I'm sure someone would be willing to pass it on to him.
Just be respectful, he has to deal with enough without something rude being written to him.

You could contact them via the Church Administration Building. Are you sure it's not something a Stake President could answer/resolve?

The head of the LDS church is not in jail. So don't listen to the fool who said he is.

You should pray to God and he will make his will known to the "prophets/apostles."
Right.

What you need to understand is that they don't care. Once you realize that, you'll get over it faster.

Oh please! Don't ruin your life with this man-made nonsense. Especially Mormon, a book written in the 19th century by a charlatan who wrote it in 17th century prose.
I know you Americans are more gullible than most, but this is being silly. Grow up.
