theres no miracle way to lose weight, you just have to have the willpower to eat the right foods and the motivation to work out

1. Eat small portions and healthier food.
2. Go to the gym at least twice a week.
3. Go on Bob Green's diet.
4. Go on Weight Watchers.
5. Think about who would want you to lose weight. =]

I've lost over 80 pounds by doing a few things different this past year. I mdisabled & cannot exorsize like told to, so i do 1 PUSH AWAYS instead of push up,s, In other word's when at dinner push away from the table while still a little hungry,,you dont have to fill up at each meal.2 I SKIP MID DAY SNACK'S & 3 NO EATING RIGHT BEFORE BED TIME.! HEy ,it worked for me. No special diets ,just no pigin out anymore. Good luck to ya .... TOM

there are a lot of ways to do that but only one to do it healthy and keep it off - change your lifestyle (diet and exercise)
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Stay away from alot of carbs, drink plenty of water, exercise, try not to snack on junk food i know that can be hard at times and try some of those low carb shakes i lost alot of weight doing those.

drink lots of water
eat alot of fruit and veggies
do not eat late at night
avoid eating sweets and breads

Diet.
Exercise.
2,000 calories a day.
1-2 servings of carbs/grain a day.
Don't drink pop!
Go easy on fruits with high sugar (grapes and bananas).
Take away one common and unhealthy drink away from yourself and you can lose weight.
Don't lose too much at a time!!!
Get at least a 1/2 hour exercise a day.
