Best ways to get rid of hair on fore arms = depilatory or waxing.

After removing the hair, you can try a lotion that discourages body hair growth. e.g. Aveeno Positively Smooth http://aveeno.com/products.jsp

Do not shave, bristles on the arms will be worse.

I use Nair, worked wonders for me.
