i need to lose weight and quick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you do it quick all you are gona lose is water weight and muscle which means you are gona slow down your metabolism.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Instead of losing weight quickly, lose it gradually. At least a pound a week to keep your body functioning properly.
Do a half an hour to an hour a day and cut out soda and a lot of sugar. Drink more water and milk and have 2,000 calories a day (just not junk)! Cut out the chips and everything of junk food and eat healthily. Lift weights to make your metabolism higher. To make it higher use 2-3 pounds in weights (to not join as much bulk) and do 13-15 repetitions per set (2-3 sets).

Well it depends on how fast you want to lose that 20 lbs....

I read in a magazine that Beyonce lost 20 lbs. in 2 weeks by jus drinking protein shakes....
