Exactly what part of the Constitution has the Bush administration shredded? If you're talking about the Patriot Act, it was voted on and approved by Congress. I keep asking this question, what rights have you personally been denied by the Patriot Act or the Bush administration? No body gives an answer. Could it be that no ones rights have been denied, except maybe someone who makes or receives calls or e-mails from known terrorists? If you don't agree with the President, fine, vote for your favorite liberal next election but stop spreading lies and hate about the man. And by the way, the men and women of the Military defend your right to ask silly questions like this. Immigrate to Mexico and see what happens if you make a statement or ask a question like this?

If you are reading this answer I guess the 1st Amendment is intact.
Do you really believe that the handful of people in the Intelligence Community have time to monitor the phone calls and Emails of 150,000,000 American adults plus the targets overseas???
Bill O' Reilly made an offer to pay $25,000.00 to anyone that could prove their rights had been violated by the Patriot Act. Maybe it's still up for grabs.
Rather than make an unsubstantiated statement give us some real data.
Until then you are just overreacting to rumors.
PS President Clinton used the same laws to tap overseas calls and admitted to it. Got back page press too. Wouldn't want to cloud that issue with facts.

The military does the job which we civilians, working through our elected leaders and ultimately the head elected official, the President, direct or order them to do. All our systems of checks and balances under the Constitution make certain that the system is not too perverted to maintain this and the military perform. They have no individual or group prerogative. It is a shame that our leadership currently is so lousy! Still, I'd rather not have a coup.

We are protecting the Constitution, including the provision that says we will obey the orders of the president elected by electoral college selected by the people.
Bush and Cheney have not done anything against the Constitution. Nor would it be the military's place to remove them if they had.

A protest raged on a courthouse lawn, round a makeshift stage they charged on. Fifteen hundred or more they say, had come to burn the Flag that day. A boy held up the folded Flag, cursed it and called it a dirty rag. A man pushed through the angry crowd, with an old gun shouldered proud. His uniform jacket was old and tight, he had polished each button, shiny and bright. He crossed the stage with military grace, until he and the boy stood face to face. Then the old man broke the silence.
"Freedom of speech, is worth dying for, Good men are gone, they live no more. All so you can stand on this courthouse lawn, and ramble on from dusk to dawn. But before the Flag gets burned today, this old veteran is going to have his say. My father died on a foreign shore, in a war they said would end all wars. Tommy and I weren't even full grown, before we fought in a war of our own. Tommy died on Iwo Jima's beach, in the shadow of a hill he couldn't reach. Where five good men raised this Flag so high, that the whole world could see it fly. I got this bum leg that I still drag, fighting for this same old Flag.
There's but one shot in this old gun, so now it's time to decide which one. Which one of you will follow our lead, to stand and die for what you believe?"
The boy who had called it a dirty rag, handed the veteran the folded Flag. The crowd got quiet as they walked away, to talk about what they heard that day.
So the battle for the Flag this day was won, by a loyal veteran with a single gun. Who for one last time, had to show to some, That these colors will never, never run.
It is the veteran, not the preacher,
who has given us freedom of religion.
It is the veteran, not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.
It is the veteran, not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the veteran, not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.
It is the veteran, not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the veteran, not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.
It is the veteran, who salutes the Flag,
who serves under the Flag,
whose coffin is draped by the Flag..

And what's the difference between Bush and Clinton? What's the difference between conservatives and liberals? What's the difference between Republicans and Democrats?
By and large, most of the puppets in the two major political parties are just that. They are puppets who do whatever the owners of the Federal Reserve want them to do.
How many Members of Congress actually have entered legislation to restore U.S. Monetary policy to Congress instead of the privately owned monopoly of the Federal Reserve?
They are very few. Now that you know what's going on, even if it's just a glimpse, what are you going to do about it?
If you're ready to move to the next level you know where to find me.

They are defending the constitution, and the orders of the Commander and Chief of the military. They are also defending the rights for you to ask such a question. The better question is why are you fighting for these rights that most Americans take for granted, but are so self-absorbed to fight for.

Why don't you show me what they've done. Then I'll show you what 40 more Presidents have done in the past...but I am betting you can't even show me where the "Shredding" is occurring.
