While this may seem like no big deal the side effects of these supplements are often exactly the same as illegal steroids.

Supplements for weight lifting. Most guys over there spend their time lifting weights. It's easier to have a healthier diet when you are over there and you have nothing else to do besides work, eat, sleep, and exercise.

Those are bodybuilding suppliments - He's trying to bulk up. He's probably working out alot and wants to see more results. (Don't worry, they're not steroids....these are legal Protein suppliments)
