Sorry, I'm trying to pay for my own college education at the moment. And just because we don't believe in god doesn't mean we think that being greedy or retarded is a good thing.

Atheists are not recruiting. They are not going to pay anyone to become an atheist.
Your method sounds a little more like the christian way of things. Well, they rely more on threats though. "Join us or go to hell." That is more their style.
