CONTINENTAL ICED COFFEE

2 tbsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
4 c. cold milk
2 tbsp. cold fudge topping for ice cream
Few drops peppermint extract
1/2 c. whipping cream

Dissolve instant coffee and sugar in water. Add milk and peppermint extract. Cover and keep chilled until serving time. Whip cream in a chilled bowl with chilled beaters until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in topping just until swirled through whipped cream to give a marbled pattern. Serve a dollop of fudge marbled whipped cream over each cup of iced coffee. Makes 6 (6 ounce) servings.

3 tablespoons chocolate almond coffee (or flavored coffee)
6 cups water
Ice cubes

Make the coffee following the instructions for the coffee machine. Place jug of coffee into refrigerator. Allow the coffee to cool completely. This should take about 1 hour. Pour the coffee over ice in glasses and serve.

• I'd also suggested throwing it all in the blender and hitting it with more ice and nonfat milk - DELICIOUS.

Heres a recipe for a light coffee lovers shake!

2 cups coffee
1/2-3/4 cup soy milk lite
20 g chocolate protein powder
1-2 g artificial sweetener

1. freeze coffee in ice cube tray.
2. mix frozen coffee and remaining ingredients.
3. (I added a tiny bit of water to make a bigger serving).
4. enjoy.

Hope this helps!

easy... Just make some coffee (the best way for iced coffee is putting it on the stove), put it in a big thing with tons of ice. Shake it a bit. If you want to add some flavoring (rasberrys, vanilla... etc) then put about 1 cup of it in the coffee jug and shake it a bit... Let it sit over night and it should be scruptious!

There are a lot of great ways to approach this. I will share with you two ways.

1) Double-Brewed Coffee: Make a regular pot of coffee, dump the brewed grounds and fill basket with fresh coffee grounds, and brew with the first pot of coffee instead of water. Once this doubled-brewed coffee is finished, pour over a full cup of ice, as the ice melts, you won't water down your iced coffee.

2) Coffee Cubes: Brew a pot of coffee and pour into ice trays. Freeze. Brew a fresh pot of coffee and use your Coffee Cubes to cool down the brew without watering down the coffee.

Enjoy!

You can make any of your favorite hot coffees just put a little extra grounds in the filter, about 1/2 teaspoon. This way your iced coffee won't be weak.

seattle's best coffe is wonderful hot or cold.
after everyone is done drinking it, there is always some left, and i just put that in a cup of ice, add about 1/4 cup of half and half (fat free or not), and a packet of sweetener.
you can try flavoring the half and half if you want to jazz it up.

mmmm... this is making me thirsty
