The only correct answer here is from babysisterchrissy. Your uncle's child is your child's first cousin, once removed. To make things simple, your child can just refer to your uncle's child as a cousin.

Ur uncle's daughter... so the child's ur 1st cousin... your child can call her aunt but that would b weird so i guess your child can call her by 1st name or w/e she prefers in the future

it depends on their age, women are called aunt out of respect or just by their first name, you can refer her as a cousin just to keep things simple then explain details to the child as he or she matures.
