Sounds like this kitten is around 6-8 weeks old. You are planning to adopt her? First ask around and see if she has strayed -- though a kitten this young, particularly a pedigree Siamese, certainly shouldn't be wandering the street. If she isn't claimed (and your local rescue centres should have a Lost & Found list) then get her checked over by your vet. If she hasn't been microchipped, and you plan to adopt her, then she should be vaccinated, and spayed before she reaches 6 months.
You should also feed her kitten food until she's older -- adult cat food may disagree with her. And no more milk. Water is best.

From about 4 weeks of age (pretty young). If the kitten is eating cat food, it's ready, so let it. If you're going to keep the kitten it's very important to feed it kitten food - it will become malnourished if raised on adult cat food. If a kitten is younger than 6 weeks and separated from its mother, it's diet needs to be supplemented with kitten milk replacement formula.
Don't let the kitten have any cow's milk - it's a myth tht cats should drink this stuff! Cats are often lactose intolerant, milk can give them diarrhoea, which can lead to other problems in kittens.
Do get the kitten checked by a vet, important to do when an animal is rescued. You also need to get an idea of it's age so you know when to begin vaccinations (8 weeks of age) and when to neuter (5 months of age).

When a kitten is away from it's mother it has to eat cat food. It cannot live only off of milk b/c it doesn't have the same vitamins and nutrients it needs that it would get from it's mother. Try food made specifically for kittens or wet food once a day.

Well since you found this kitten by itself , it must of wondered on it's own. If the kitten is eating dry or wet food, then your question has been answered. But i would suggest not giving the kitten human milk they love but there stomach can't digest it that's why they pass gas. Take your new family member to the vet and have him or her get examined. Explain how you inherited the kitten and the vet office will take it from there as far as vaccines, blood test and the age of the kitten. Good luck.

The kitten could be anywhere from about 6 to 8 weeks or older! Kittens normally nurse until 8 weeks, but if the kitten was separated from its mom, it could eat solid food at about 6 weeks.

As early as 4 weeks but usually not until 6 weeks. What does the vet say? New additions to a home need to be seen by a vet for an exam and vaccines.
