WWE superstar Chris Benoit smothered his wife and 7-year-old child before hanging himself. He put a bible by his kid and wife. But of the wrestling community think it was roid-rage. If it was roid-rage, he wouldn't even think about what he was doing. He had no temper, but he had had roid-rage before in 2002 which caused a temporary restraing order and divorce from his wife. She eventually decided not to get divorced. Does he go to hell? I'm asking this in this section not the wrestling section because there is a war going on over this topic. Be honest.

How bad or good you were in life has no bearing on your Going to heaven or hell. You're either saved, or you aren't. Killing is a sin like any other, a killer can be saved as easily as a nun.

A better question would be whether the wrestling community needs to address the drug problem that would appear to be apparent; the fact that they're using terms like "'roid rage" should be indicative of a deeper problem. Either way, drugs do not give a person a free pass to do whatever the hell they want; I don't know who Chris Benoit is in all honesty, but his name should be a shamed one from this point on if what you said he did is true.

There is a Law that says, You shall not kill. One of the 10 commandments. Killing any creature or human except for defending yourself or survival is wrong in the eyes of God or those who follow his word. Taking your own life is equally wrong and the consequences are that you have to relive that event over and over and over for a very long time unless someone prays you out of the situation. In the Middle East where Jesus lived, they believed in reincarnation. Jesus knew about Reincarnation and commented on it in the bible.
One verse he was talking about John the baptist was Elijah who was before. He also said , what you sew, you reap.
This is know as Karma. When you kill someone, then you will be killed yourself to experience the same thing in that life or another to come. This is a Universal Law and when broken we get what we give. Good or not good. Jesus said to Peter, those who live by the sword, die by the sword.
So you see, if you kill someone, you will go to a place where you experience the same. It will be either a dimension or back to earth to be killed. Some people would say that where we go for sin is hell. There are many dimensions and some of them you may go to would very much be like the hell we don't want to go to. You have to answer for every thought , word, and deed. So what you do in this life may determine what dimension or plane of existence you go to when you pass over from death. Like attracts like. So if you are a bad person, guess where you will be attracted to.
Be good !!!

No, not all killers go to hell, because those that repent and sincerely ask for forgiveness are given mercy and forgiven. BUT, suicide is considered a mortal sin, because you are killing yourself and you have no chance to repent and you cannot sincerely regret your action afterwards b/c you are dead, it's too late. And suicide says you have no faith that God help you. So, Chris Benoit is in hell. Where he belongs, by the way.

If he hasn't complied to the Bible and followed the instructions given in Acts 2:38, then yes he will. Unless God decides to show mercy on him due to things that we don't know. The same goes for us all. Murderers or no. Sin is sin.

No, God can forgive anyone of any sin if they sincerely confess it and have faith that Christ's death on their behalf makes them right with God. We have all sinned and whereas we may not view our sin as being as bad as a killers, God doesn't make that distinction. You have to be perfect to enter Heaven and the only way to be perfect is through Christ. BTW David, Paul, among others were killers or a party to murder yet God forgave and used them greatly.

Yes, ALL killers go to hell.

see, to kill is a sin and to kill yourself is (i belive) a sin, so thats 3 of the same sins agenst Chris Benoit (1 for his son 1 sin for his wife and 1 sin for him), some people belive if u sin with God in ur heart u can still can go to heaven, i dont get that though i get most of the other stuff people say but that just does not make any sense what so ever. it is a very clear comandment, thou shall not kill, HINT HINT killing yourself is still killing. so yes that dude SHOULD be going to hell. its not like someone can go with him and come back and tell us if he went to hell or not.

its interesting: God forbids KILLING, but he permitted, and for those who know the bible, even encouraged WAR. (so George Bush is in no way a murderer - a war-monger maybe...- LOL)

killing is when you choke or shoot the little guy who was not prepared and you just happen to be stronger, but NATIONS with armies may have wars for property and resources. so Samson and David and Rumsfeld and Sharon will not go to hell.

Hitler and Stalin and Saddam were murderers of their own citizens as well as war-mongers.

Thou shall not kill.

Pretty much sums it up.

BUT, we are not qualified to judge the souls of others.

Plus arguing over this is really a waste of time, we will never know while we are alive, we can pray for them all and their families.

What we should do instead of worrying about things we cannot control, is to get ourselves right with God.

Peace!

As a God Fearing Christian i dont think anyone on this earth can judge and answer that question. His fate is between him and God alone and I pray for that family and the relatives that have to pick up the sad peices of these broken lives. God Bless.
