Be subtle, but keep trying harder until you get noticed.

Sounds like your doing everything but have you talked to him? Make small talk with him and get to know him not his friends. Keep up the eye flirting etc but dont over do it. He may just be as nervous as u are.

That is a sign, definatly, i also think you should make the first move, because if he hasnt done it yet, and he's flirting this much with you, it means he's just nervous. The way he's acting, he wants you, so he wont reject you.

ASK HIM OUT. The worst that could happen is that he says no.Even if he does, just move on. I have been rejected by girls before, but i just move on and forget about it. But it sounds to me like he likes you. Ask him out, he will most likely say yes. And take this from a guy, most guys like it when girls make the first move.

depends on what risk you put on the table. if you want to be forward and have a risk that it was only a bad joke to teas you (worse than rejection) or if you want to play save and might end up nothing to happen. if i were you, i would try to know him first by being a.... friend?! - i dont know how to put this, you know... any situation to get you two in contact. then from there, you (as well as he) would know and be more confident what to do next.

The best way to attract a guy is to act like you aren't TRYING to attract a guy.
Be yourself and play hard to get.
DO NOT MAKE THE FIRST MOVE. That is the worst mistake you can make.
Men love to chase, not be chased.

If you guys are already familiar with one another, you just need the right moment. In the right moment, he will make a move.

Guys aren't smart enough to be opaque. If he likes you, he'll give you plenty of signs.

Talk to him. Tell him how u feel. If he likes u he'll ask u out. If he really likes u he won't reject u. Don't worry! If he rejects u he is not the right guy for u. But wut ever u do talk to him and not his friends.

Act like you have an interest else where (not one of his friends then they might think you a hoe). just as long as you act like your not interested anyone will fall in your lap cause they're looking at themselves like ,"whats wrong with me". Everyone wants what they feel they can't have so my advise is ignore him. works for me.
