I would take her to the vet. I know that is the last answer you want, but even if anyone here can actually diagnose without seeing it... you will HAVE to go to your vet to get the medicine to cure it. Sounds like pink eye, or something similar. Our rottie had it once. You have to treat it with medicine there is no other way. So, I wouldn't waste time here. Just take her into the vet and they will tell you what it is and give you the right meds for it. In the meantime, wash YOUR hands really well. she could have something you can catch as well... so just be on the safe side and wash your hands, keep everything away from your eyes, and get her in ASAP.
I hope she feels better soon!!! Good Luck!!!

She could be getting an eye infection, the reddish color is not blood it is just tear stains. The crusty stuff could be the tears drying out and not getting cleaned or it can be sleepies from after she wakes up. About the sore on her eye lid, I think its because the eye is getting irritated....Go the the vet and have it checked out. I'm sure its sore and hurts for her, the vet will give you some meds to clean up the 'infection'. Good Luck.

Most likely an infection, there are a few other less likely problems it could be. Take her to the vet so they can take a look and give you appropriate treatment - if it's an infection it will require some kind of antibiotic eye drop, which are only available at vets.
It's important to take older animals to the vet regularly (at least once a year) so problems can be caught early.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.
http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com/2006/11/27/causes-of-dark-circles/
If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

To hide dark circles, you can use YSL concealer or salmon concealer..

You are responsible if she goes blind. You have waited far too long. GET THAT DOG TO THE VET! It is her RIGHT BY
LAW to receive proper medical attention and to deny her is abuse. This is her vision at stake! You don't mess around with eyes, or delay.
Stop wasting time on the computer asking unqualified strangers on the internet who have never even seen your dog, let alone examined her. Get her to a vet!
Why would you even have to ask? I feel sorry for your dog. What she must go through with you people.

it sounds like an infection. Take her to the vet. they will give drops or an antibiotic. Or she could be having an allergic reaction. Either way, take her to the vet.

She could have an infection or she could be starting to get cataracts(dog blindness). Often, this happens about a year before your dog gets mild-medium cataracts.
