I was a little confused by your question, I am pretty sure that you do NOT want mayo/salad dressing (assuming you mean Miracle Whip type stuff here) but was unsure as to whether you did or did NOT want meat so I am including some recipes for both:

I usually take cooked ham and cube it,
2-4 boiled eggs, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 can of peas
1/2 cup of shredded swiss cheese
rotini pasta
salt, pepper
I boil the pasta according to instructions, drain them, and pour them in a bowl. I throw the shredded cheese into the warm pasta and stir that to make sure the cheese coats the pasta evenly.
I add the onion, finely diced, the diced eggs, and the diced ham,and a can of peas, season with salt and pepper and mix it all well.
Then I add 1 tablespoon balsamic or herb vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and mix everything until coated with the vinegar+oil dressing.
Usually I refrigerate this overnight.

Pasta Salad with Lentils and Tuna - -
INGREDIENTS:
7/8 pound (400 g) pennette or butterflies
2/3 pound (300 g, or 1 1/3 cups) drained cooked red lentils (from a can will be fine)
1/2 pound (200 g) tuna packed in oil, drained and crumbled
2 carrots
12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
A rib of celery, diced
1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
A small bunch parsley, chopped
Salt and ground hot pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Peel the carrots and boil them until soft; let them cool and dice them. In the meantime bring pasta water to a boil, salt it, and cook the pasta until it is al dente. Drain it and run it under cold water to halt the cooking. Drain it well, transfer it to a bowl, and combine it with the remaining ingredients, seasoning it to taste with the salt and hot pepper. Chill it for a half hour in the fridge, and it's ready, though it will improve if chilled for a few hours more.

Itallian dressing is great in pasta salad. I make the fat free version of Good Season's. Cut up scallions, radishes, carrot shreds, tomatoes, add diced ham, toss in some peas and olives and pour the dressing on and mix well. Shirmp is good instead of ham, too.

You can try making pasta and then mixing it with oil and just a little vinegar and spices and adding olives, artichoke hearts, garlic and pepperoni or salami and some kind of cheese - like parmesan or shredded cheese...I make that kind at home all the time, and I think its delicious.
