The percentage would be fairly high, but a lot of girls and women don't have big or even average boobs, and there fore there is nothing really to look at but their face/eyes. But, if a girl/woman has some good ones all men look, it is just a natural thing, and I believe woman enhance them so that they can get the looks.

Might be best if you asked the ladies how manytimes we had trouble getting the guys to make eye contact. I have one shirt that always makes the guys look south. I am very careful not to wear that shirt to work anymore. Its a really cute shirt and not terribly revealing...not sure why this one makes the guys stare at my chest. Annoying!

they always look at my boobs. I hate that. Look into the eyes first and then feel free to look down. LOL

Depending about 90%, it's on what they are wearing, how they look and how they act, if they have a C cup, and a v neck, and they are bending down, i would probably look at their nipples.

I would say "all" Of them! > They Can't keep there eyes off. Why should they? Most Girls have them Hanging out like they want them to "grab" them a Handfull........Very embarrassing to the "normal" Public.
