i've heard that he might race the number 18 for gibbs. i also heard that he might race for michael waltrip, or he might get bud as a sponsor.

Everything I've heard has been ordinary people who I think make things up trying to start a rumor. I have searched the internet and cant find anything. The only place I have heard anything was from this one guy who posted a question about it in the NASCAR section of this.

Officially he is signed with Evernham and Dodge through 2010. Now with that said let us hear what the rumor mill has to say.
Strong buzz about the rumor mill is that Kasey's friend Tony is trying to get Kasey to leave Evernham and join the ranks of Joe Gibbs Racing. Though this tasty tidbit of gossip slipped out on Speed and was later retracted; I believe there is some truth to it.

I've heard about him possibly driving the #18 car for Gibbs, but I'm not sure if thats a rumor or a possibility.
I wouldn't mind having Kasey joining RCR as their 4th driver. I think he would fit in well there. I know RCR is considering a 4th team, but nothing has been set in stone yet there neither.

Probably, Ray Evernham. A driver is not always ready to jump to another ride because His contract expires.

I heard he might go to jgr or i think he will stay at evernham which probably won't be the best idea for him considering this years stats for him!!! Go #9!!!
