I have heard of this diet aide and that it really works. Have you ever taken it? Did it work? How much did you lose? Also, I saw many places where you can order on-line....I might be changing jobs; and some places do a 'drug screen'....will this show up as anything?!

Phentermine is an amphetamine, as such, one of it's side effects is appetite suppression. Yes, it will show in a drug screen as an amphetamine, so you had best have a doctor's prescription to show why you test positive for amphetamines.

Phentermine was one part of the big weight loss drug that they took off the market almost 10 years ago I believe. You remember Phen-Phen?
Ya, well I took the drug combo and I am not sorry to say, loved the outcome. When I started, I was 225 lbs and within 3 months I was down to 145. It really made me not hungry but boosted my matabolism. The only side effect I had was difficulty sleeping.
If it was still available I would continue taking those meds. They really helped so I assume Phentermine by itself will help as well. Sorry but don't know much about the drug screening.

I've taken it in the past (about 3 years ago and went from 220lbs to 180lbs) I was happy with that weight for a while so I stopped taking it and was able to maintain the weight. recently decided to lose more weight so I've started again I'm now 150 and have taken it this time for about 6 or 7 months. It's not as fast as the first time but its working. I don't have anything bad to say about it. It was just the right helper for me...Good luck however you go about it.
