Yes.
Some people shut down the inquiring parts of their brain when it comes to facts that dispute their religious beliefs (earth is round, billions of years old, evolution occurred, constant religious wars, billions of stars out there, big bang, etc).
Like joyce and cindy-bob. Great examples. Seriously, when does asking hard questions turn into "tearing down god's word?" And questioning means that someone should repent? Does asking a question mean you have done an evil thing in the eyes of Christians? Scary.
