I am about 150, and I want to be 110!
Im 19...got married last year, and BLEW UP! AHH!!

I was most comfortable in my body when I was 110-115!

So, I want to loose about 40 pounds, and I dont want it to take forever....I am also going to start weight watchers!
So, how fast do you think I can loose my weight?

From 150 to 110? I'm going to say that's at least going to take a year of dieting and exercise. I mean real dieting, none of that low carb high protein crap that people keep advocating. Carbs are necessary for quick energy its just that more people overeat that's why there has been such advocacy. Stick with the basics, low calories, low fats, and no added sugar. Irregardless you should feel good about at least taking this step to increase your energy and workout. You will feel better about yourself, and the lost weight is just a perk.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

Keep a food journal and weight yourself regularly to track your progress

hey well 3 months ago i was 150 lbs i started doing low carb diet and excersizing and now i am 125 lbs it really works for me .its very easy to do it

if your lifestyle or career includes a lot of socializing out at dinners or drinks start scheduling workout dates with friends co workers or even clients
