Smoothies. I usually add all the ingredients together (except the frozen fruit) in the blender pitcher and stick it in the fridge the night before. Then in the morning, add the frozen fruit and run the blender for a few seconds.
Also, hard-boiled eggs are quick, if you cook them in advance.
Hope this helps!

Breakfast bars
Bagel
Pop Tarts
Toaster Struddles
Look in the fridge/freezer section of a grocery store, they have alot of yummy breakfast things like: sausage biscuits, already prepared meals with pancakes, french toast, etc.

How about banana toast? Make you some toast and slice a banana onto the toast? Tastes pretty good.
Another idea: get pancake mix that needs only water to mix in. Some of them are even microwaveable. Microwave you some bacon and fix you a quick pancake with it.

Bagels
PopTarts
Cereal bars
Bananas
Cheese toast
Oatmeal
Sometimes I'll squirt a ceramic bowl lightly with non-stick cooking spray, scramble an egg or two in it, then pop in the microwave for 60-80 seconds. Comes out nice & fluffy, believe it or not.

I used to bake a healthy quick-bread on Sundays and have slice each morning for breakfast. Here's a great recipe:

Try using less sugar and substitute 1 cup of whole wheat flour for 1 cup of the regular flour to make it healthier.
