They do, poor dear fat furry Catpusses. Professor Yaffle is secretly auctioning them off to the highest bidder and Gabriel the Toad is smuggling them out of the country on the Mouse Organ, disguised as an aeroplane. This foul illicit trade should be stopped and Interpol alerted.

There's only one Bagpuss. He stands alone, unique.

That said if anyone did breed one I'd be first in line!

Bagpuss is the coolest

Dont say this out loud or some silly breeder might just try to do that.

Some poor cats are ruined because of some breeders playing with their genes.

Look at the poor 'munchin' what a sad thing. It cant jump or scratch or run like cats should be able to.

Just appreciate the beauty of cats, how they naturally should be.

I can't believe Jules has never heard of Bagpuss!!! I think I might go and spray paint my big white fluffy cat pink and yellow now and see if he can go and find the woodpecker and mice!

Because it's impossible pretty much. You could mess with their genes and spend millions, but I don't think it's worth it. I love the original cat colors. Let it be. xD

psssss....who's bagpuss?

Because it would conflict with the advantages of natural colours, for example, being able to hide in bushes when feeling threatened, or stalking prey.

Besides, I like Spot the cat, out of Hong Kong Phooey better.

Probably because you can't find a pink cat anywhere unless you dye it's fur and even then it wouldn't be in the genes to pass on to kittens..

Some people ask the most odd questions!

Because that would be annoying, especially if they bred with a normal colored cat.

because there isn't such thing as a pink and yellow striped cat, BUT THAT WOULD BE SOO COOL!!!
