Drain the radiator
Remove all the hoses connected
Remove the wires (Unplug the fan)
Remove the fan, and housing
Should be about 4 - 6 bolts holding the radiator in
Undue them and remove the radiator
Have not done this on a Taurus, but have on a few other cars
Before starting make sure you have the rights tools, now days many use special start wrenches, why? so you have to take it to a dealer.
Total time about 2 hours

Unless you have a good selection of tools and are mechanically inclined do your self a favor and have a radiator shop or qualified mechanic do it. If you feel like you want to try it got to your local parts store and get a Haines or Chilton manual, you could probably borrow one from the library. Now for the rest of the story, Mitchell time allows between 4 and 5.7 hours for an experienced mechanic to do this job so it won't be fun.
