Anything cold you can get your hands on. I'd advise using a coolie cup to keep it cold unless you are a very fast drinker.

Corona. But the key is getting the beer to the absolute coldest temperature. To do this you must put the beer in the freezer, an ice chest or cooler will not work. You have to remove the bottle from the freezer at "just" the right time, obviously before the bottle freezes up and shatters. If done correctly - as you flip the top of the beer at the neck of the bottle the beer will immediately ice up. As you invert the bottle the frozen beer will float up to the now bottom of the bottle and will allow you to slam down those first few gulps of the most refreshing / purely ICE cold beer.

A unique beer that you could have would be a Modelo, however there is a specific way to prepare one for the hot summer months. Get a regular drinking glass, rim the outside with salt, that is optional, i personally dont do that. But a large amount of ice cubes in it. Take two limes or some lime juice and pout into the glass. You should have about the width of your finger. Theny pour the modelo in. It is one of the most refreshing drinks you can have at temperatures like that.

I have to say, as a beer connoisseur and Michigan beer snob...

...that the best beer for weather like that is a Bud, Miller, Coors, Corona or other lighter lager... as cold as the beer can be without freezing.

Stouts are best in the winter.
Belgian strongs are best in the winter.
IPAs are good for most weather until it gets really hot.
Wheats are great for chilly spring and autumn weather.

When it's that damn hot, go for the cheap ice cold stuff. It's great to cool you down and you can slam it down and grab another without feeling guilty.

I have spent most of my life in that sort of climate. If you are going to be outdoors in that sort of heat I would stick with light beer. Miller Lite is my favorite outdoor beer. I have found that it doesn't fill me up as easily, or make me tired. I like to drink heavier more complex brews in the winter or indoors at night with the A/C cranked!!! Plus if you are out grilling and/or running around it is good to not already be full! Just make sure the beer is ice cold!
Enjoy!

I guess the best answer is The coldest one you can find. I'm not a beer drinker, but, using the idea of a COLD ADULT BEVERAGE, I'd want the coldest I could get. Also realize, as good as that beer taste, you are dehydrated and beer doesn't rehydrate. to me, a beer is a beer.
