My fiance just started this. BEWARE, if you eat a lot of fattening foods, it makes you go poop! lots of times! It works by blocking absorption of fat and sends it straight out of your body. I can update you as soon as she sees some results.

I started taking it on Tuesday, and so far no crazy side effects. People that usually say "don't try it gives you diarrhea" have not tried it themselves. Everyone's body reacts differently, I haven't weighed myself yet but I will next Tuesday...

Yup it works and the fat goes straight through you.....ie diarrhea a lot ,sorry...

Didn't try it, but it said on TV that you get really bad diarrhea.
